We use your data strictly to manage your class bookings, process payments via Stripe/PromptPay, and provide automated customer support through our AI assistant.
4. Third-Party Processing — Your chat messages and booking data are processed by our software provider, Qlendar.ai, and by Google LLC in the United States, which generates the automated replies. A full list of the providers involved is available from us on request.

1. Bookings & Payments
All class bookings must be paid in advance via package credits or drop-in PromptPay transactions. PromptPay QR codes expire in 15 minutes.
2. Cancellation Window & Penalties
You may cancel a class without penalty up to [12 HOURS] before the start time. If you cancel within the [12 HOUR] window, or if you do not show up, you will lose your class credit.
3. Waitlist Policy
To join a waitlist, you must have an active class credit. One credit will be locked while you are on the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you will be automatically promoted and your credit will be consumed. If you do not get a spot by the time the class starts, your credit will be automatically refunded to your wallet.
4. Package Expiration
Class packages are strictly non-refundable and expire exactly [30 DAYS] from the date of purchase. We do not extend expiration dates unless there is a medical emergency supported by a doctor's certificate.
