Platform Terms of Service

These Platform Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Qlendar.AI platform, including our website, dashboard, AI agents, and LINE webhook integrations (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, connecting your LINE Official Account, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Qlendar.AI provides an automated booking, waitlist, and AI customer service platform for fitness studios, salons, and similar businesses ("Tenants"). The Service integrates with LINE Official Accounts to allow your customers ("Students") to book classes, manage schedules, and process payments via Stripe and PromptPay.

We do not own, operate, or control the classes or services you offer. We act solely as a technology provider.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your LINE Channel Secret / Access Tokens.
• You must ensure your use of the Service complies with all local laws and LINE's Terms of Service.
• You are responsible for all refunds, customer disputes, and chargebacks initiated by your Students.

3. Payment & Fees

We may charge subscription fees or transaction fees for the use of the Service as described on our Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Data & Privacy

You own your customer data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process, store, and analyze this data to operate the AI assistant and improve our services. Please review our Platform Privacy Policy for more details.

IMPORTANT: You must provide your own Privacy Policy to your Students. We provide a template, but you are legally responsible for informing your Students how their data is handled.

5. AI Disclaimer

While our AI agents are designed to be highly accurate and follow your custom rules, AI systems can occasionally make errors or "hallucinate". Qlendar.AI is not liable for any lost revenue, missed bookings, or incorrect information provided by the AI to your Students.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these Terms or LINE's Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qlendar.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
